¾µäÐÓ°É (¾µäÐÓ°É) is committed to ensuring equitable access to all programs, services, and information.

Beginning April 26, 2027, updated requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II will require all digital content to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards..

What This Means for ¾µäÐÓ°É

These requirements apply to all college-related digital content, including:

  • Websites and web pages
  • Forms and online applications
  • Documents (PDFs, Word, etc.)
  • Social media posts and graphics
  • Flyers and promotional materials
  • Videos (with captions and audio descriptions)
  • Mobile apps and other platforms

This applies to all areas of the College, including departments, offices, and student organizations.

Why it Matters

Accessible content ensures that individuals using screen readers, captions, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies can fully participate. It’s both a legal requirement and part of ¾µäÐÓ°É’s commitment to equity and inclusion.

What You Can Do Now

All employees, departments, and student groups should create and share accessible content

Thank you for ensuring ¾µäÐÓ°É remains accessible to all members of our community.
